		<description>Sure there are smaller regional investment banks that cater to the small &amp; mid market. 
Most of them are small firms that do small deals. (The major investment banks are not interested in those deals.) 
You might find it difficult to get a job with a 10 person firm that does three deals a year though. 
Try a search for the specific city you plan to move to.
So for example, if you do a search on &quot;Chicago Investment Banks&quot; you come up with a list of about 60 firms. 
I also threw in a link for a firm in SF
